PRICES

All sessions are one hour (unless otherwise stated) and will be conducted by an Accredited Exercise Physiologist in the Rowing Club Gym on Waterfront Rd. Home and hydrotherapy session at Waitaki Leisure Centre are available on request.

Initial Assessment (1.25 hours): $78
Follow-up sessions: $58
30 Minute follow-up: $35
Small Group Session (up to four people-50 mins): $25
        *You must attend an initial assessment before attending group rehab sessions*

 BSc Kin, University of Alberta, Canada

Stacey has over ten years of experience with exercise rehabilitation, and she has a passion for helping people overcome pain and dysfunction to meet their movement goals.  She has experience in orthopaedics, chronic pain, workplace rehabilitation, women's health and creating complimentary movement programs for athletes.   Stacey loves all aspects of movement therapies and is currently learning more about exercise for people with cancer and running gait analysis. She loves a kitesurf, a walk in the bush, and being outside with her family.
