If you are at ANY stage post-natal, pregnant, or even thinking about having a baby in the next five years, join Stacey for an informative and fun movement-based lecture that will help you become better acquainted with your pelvic floor and core stabilisers.

What is included:
  • An anatomy lesson - with lots of fun videos and pretty pictures to help you learn and visualise your most important anatomy.
  • A “myth busting” session – take a look at the current research on pelvic floor, rectus diastasis and post-natal return to exercise.
  • An activation class – learn some easy exercises to best activate your pelvic floor and deep core muscles (safe for all abilities/stages of pregnancy).
  • Leave with a homework sheet to keep practicing!
