You want to move, but something is stopping you. Maybe it's pain, a chronic disease, or a fear that the issues you keep seeing in your body will flare up if you try to exercise.

At Progressive Motion, we help you overcome these obstacles to movement, and empower you in taking charge of your health. As Exercise Physiologists with years of experience working with bodies, our goal is always to decrease fear and pain around movement, while increasing strength and function to get you back on track.

Progressive Motion offers private and small group rehabilitation sessions at the fully equipped gym within the Oamaru Rowing Club on Esplanade Rd.  Every program is individualised, designed to relieve any pain or dysfunction in your body and assist you in reaching your movement goals.
